The vet didn't measure my dogs legs, I believe that she has a leg longer than her other and I think that's why she limping. He did listen to her heart or touch her at all. I feel she needed a good check up and didn't get it. All I was told is she was to fat. She is half bulldog and half great pyrenees. She's not going to be a skinny dog. She's tall. She weighs 91 pounds, maybe she could lose 10 pounds but he said she needed to lose 20. That's to much for her. I felt it was a was6of my time there.

I had an emergency with my cat. The office worked me in right away. They were kind and compassionate with myself and my cat. I know there was issues with his spine as he had no sensation in his back legs. I was expecting for the coat to be higher than my vet due to the emergency nature. I made it clear I would choose to euthanize my cat rather than extensive treatment of any spinal issues. I was quoted $170 for x-rays. I attempted to decline x-rays and was encouraged to proceed with them to rule out a blood clot. It in fact was a blood clot and the only treatment option I was presented was to euthanize. After going home and gathering myself I called back and spoke with the clinic manager regarding why I was charged for X-rays when regardless of results my cat would be euthanized. When I called back a week later they had added quite a bit of information to their documentation that was never discussed in the appointment. They used this as reasoning to not refund any cost of the unnecessary x-rays. I feel they fully took advantage of my emotional state at the time.
